On the work

The job isn’t to drive revenue. Revenue is the outcome. The job is building an organization that can produce revenue consistently, regardless of who’s sitting in the seat.

If the founder has to jump into every important sales call, if one salesperson is carrying the whole company, if forecasts are always a surprise — those aren’t sales problems. They’re leadership problems.

03  ·  The Commercial Operating System

The framework I’ve built across more than 150 companies. Eight components — leadership, talent, Revenue Operations, customer success, AI enablement, GTM architecture, operating cadence, forecasting — designed as one system rather than a collection of hires. It is the reason my work is repeatable.

04  ·  Signature Transformations

Three transformations. One underlying discipline.

MetaGrowth
Ventures

Building a commercial transformation firm.

Founder-led companies kept arriving with the same problem: revenue that wouldn’t hold without the founder in the room. Built MetaGrowth as the operating system I was tired of assembling piece by piece — leadership, recruiting, Revenue Operations, customer success, and AI enablement deployed together, on day one, as the firm’s own reference implementation.

Verse.ai
(formerly Agentology,
now part of NiCE)

Scaling a venture-backed SaaS organization.

Verse arrived at the point every founder-led SaaS company arrives at: referrals had built the first eight million; the next eleven would not come the same way. Built the sales, lead operations, customer success, forecasting, and leadership functions as one integrated system — the infrastructure that carried the company through institutional funding and, ultimately, acquisition.

California
Title

Rebuilding a territory around executive relationships.

Southern California title was won and lost on relationships — and the territory I inherited had none of the ones that mattered. Rebuilt the strategy around executive-level partnerships with the region’s largest real estate organizations, and treated the territory as a portfolio to be architected rather than a route to be worked.
